Catfish with oranges, candied fruit and ginger

Ingredients: hot smoked catfish (Clarias gariepinus) fillet (50%), pumpkin, oranges (15%), ginger (12%), rape oil, candied orange (5%), lemon juice, salt.

Keep at temperatures from 0oC to +25oC. Best before the date specified on the lid. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 2 days.
