Hot-smoked catfish fillet with savory spices

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) with skin (95,2 %), salt (2,9%), spices mix (1,4%) (spices, herbs, carrots, spice extract (paprika)), pepper mix (0,5%) (black pepper, pepper spices, bay leaves, garlic, white pepper).

Keep at temperatures from 0°C to +6°C. Best before the date specified on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
