Hot-smoked catfish fillet with mustard and paprika

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) with skin (94,8 %), salt (2,8%),  spices mix (1,9%) (paprika, MUSTARD, pieces of onion, broken pepper), pepper mix (0,5%) (black pepper, pepper spices, bay leaves, garlic, white pepper).

Keep at temperatures from 0°C to +6°C. Best before the date specified on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
