Catfish fillet with mashed potatoes and broccoli and stewed zucchini

Ingredients:

500 g ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet with lemon and sweet pepper marinade

4 potatoes cut in cubes

2 glasses of chopped broccoli

0.5 glass of cream

4 tablespoons of butter

1 tablespoon of flour

1 small young zucchini

pinch of salt, ground nutmeg.

Preparation

Boil potatoes and broccoli for 10 minutes in salted water, then drain, put back on the stove, pour the cream, add nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of butter, heat until the butter melts, and mash into porridge with a pestle.

Cut unpeeled zucchini into thin long strips (use a vegetable peeler), sprinkle with flour and mix. Dissolve the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, add the zucchini, stir and simmer for 4-5 min stirring occasionally.

 

ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet with lemon and sweet pepper marinade, grill or oven (200 ºC, 10-12 min).

Serve the fish with warm mashed potatoes and broccoli and stewed zucchini.
