Catfish fillet with pineapple salsa

Ingredients:

500 g ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet with mango and hot pepper marinade;

0.5 pineapple;

1 blue onion;

bunch of parsley;

2 cloves of garlic;

0.5 green bell peppers;

0.5 lime juice.

 

 

Preparation:

Cut the pineapple and cleaned bell peppers into cubes, chop the onion, parsley, and garlic. Stir everything in a bowl with green lemon juice, cover and refrigerate for 20 min.

ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet with mango and hot pepper marinade u Bake on the grill or in the oven (200 ºC, 10–12 min.).

Serve the fish with chilled salsa.
