Catfish fillet with black beer marinade

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias Gariepinus) fillet (94,3%), marinade (5,7%)(black beer (Schwarzbier), dextrose, vegetable rapeseed oil, iodized salt, spices, sugar, brandy vinegar, cream powder, flavourings, contain barley, wheat malt extract, herbs).

Keep at temperatures from 0°C to +4°C. Best before the date specified on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
