Catfish fillet steak with ginger and basil

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) fillet with skin (98,9%), salt, ginger, basil, garlic, pepper, bay leaves.

Keep at temperatures from 0o C to  +4o C. Best before the date specified o on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
