Catfish fillet with wild garlic and parsley marinade

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias Gariepinus) fillet (93%), marinade (7%)(vegetable rapeseed oil, vegetable oil (rape-seed, sal butter (Shorea Robusta) in different proportions), edible sea salt, spices (black pepper, garlic, onion, nutmeg, ginger etc.), wild garlic, sugar, parsley.

Keep at temperatures from 0°C to +4°C. Best before the date specified on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
